UA Cossatot Secondary Career Center to host Advisory Council Meeting for Automotive & Diesel Technology Program

What: The University of Arkansas Cossatot Secondary Career Center (SCC) Program will host their biannual advisory council meeting providing program updates and new faculty introductions. The program has recently changed to combine both the automotive and diesel into one program of study. We provide services to twelve high schools in our surrounding area.

Who: UA Cossatot SCC staff and faculty will host the meeting. Area industry leaders, local businesses and community members wishing to provide feedback about UA Cossatot’s Automotive & Diesel Technology Program are invited to attend. Lunch will be provided.

When: Thursday, April 22, 2021, beginning at 11:00 am.

Where: UA Cossatot Automotive Building, 183 College Drive, DeQueen, Arkansas

About UA Cossatot SCC: UA Cossatot’s SCC programs are skills driven and offered to high school students on UAC campuses for training in Automotive & Diesel Service Technology, Industrial Technology, Medical Professions, and Welding. Students are able to complete a technical certificate or associate degree at UA Cossatot.
